Financial literacy courses kick off in Croatia

Croatian partners Center for Peace, non-violence and human rights Osijek successfully held the first in a series of financial literacy courses for citizens of third countries as part of our Ploutos Project.

Through this course, third-country nationals acquire important financial skills and knowledge, which will help them make informed decisions and achieve financial independence. At the end of the course, each participant will receive a certificate confirming their new knowledge and skills.

Our goal is to reduce the fear and instability that often occur among third-country nationals due to their dependence on the society that surrounds them. Reducing fear and instability can help to promote social cohesion and integration. When third-country nationals feel secure and included in their host society, they are more likely to contribute positively to their communities, participate in civic life and build relationships with people from different backgrounds. This, in turn, can help to create more harmonious and diverse societies where everyone feels valued and respected.

We are glad to participate in this important project and look forward to further education and support we provide to citizens of third countries in achieving financial independence.
